We bought a 2012 Mercedes in February with a 6 months A1 Warranty, in July it developed a problem with the water pump we contacted A1 via e-mail and then a brief Phone call, the customer service team are very prompt, and polite, they explained what would and what would not be paid for they settled the claim within 2 days, Excellent

Five star service 👌 A car I purchased came with a 6 month warranty with A1 approved. I had to make a claim for work being completed by my local garage. I found that the transaction from getting the work completed and being refunded for the invoice was stress free and very fast. Had a standard warranty included with a purchase of an Audi A1. Unluckily had to make a claim within just 12 weeks due to a Mechanical problem that came up ESC in the dash. Emailed A1 approved immediately (as this was late Friday afternoon) and I was very impressed from the beginning, to receive an out of hours response from Bradley, acknowledging receipt of my email and confirming he’d speak to me on Monday in relation to my cars required repair. He gave me details of a garage local to me of where to take the vehicle for investigation into the problem. The standard warranty I had been given didn’t cover all the repair necessary but Bradley agreed to cover the lion share of the repair cost anyway - as a gesture of goodwill - he was AMAZING! He answered the phone every time I rang and returned a call when he said he would. Professional and efficient throughout and as a result I will definitely renew my warranty with A1 in full confidence. Highly recommend.

Very impressed with the prompt response and same day agreement to replace the broken coil spring on my car. I paid the garage directly and was even reimbursed the same day!
