We had an issue where our vehicle wasn’t on the system but this was promptly sorted by Jack. Although we thought that if our vehicle wasn’t on the system, and now it’s only been put on because of an issue they would avoid the claim at all costs, our experience couldn’t have been any difference. A1 approved the claim promptly, contributing a £1000 towards the total £1200 bill. The garage I used preferred me to pay and then claim back from a1. What an amazing service. The process was so quick from the first email to notify of TPMS SYSTEM failure therefor wish to claim under the policy and one phone call to a very helpful lady to confirm what the process is, my car was booked in for a diagnostics on the Thursday, all work done Friday morning and picked up the car Friday afternoon. What can I say it was the smoothest service I’ve ever had. It’s the first time we’ve ever had a warranty on a car but as our son seemed to always be unlucky we got it with his next car purchase. Five star service 👌 A car I purchased came with a 6 month warranty with A1 approved. I had to make a claim for work being completed by my local garage. I found that the transaction from getting the work completed and being refunded for the invoice was stress free and very fast. I would recommend A1 Approved to anyone thinking about obtaining a warranty.

From start to finish (a far speedier time scale than I expected), my dealings with A1 Approved have been minimal but so professional. My Jaguar required specialist parts and A1 had them delivered to my local garage within 24 hours. This enabled my garage to plough ahead, do the work and get my car back to me within the next 24 hrs. I only then had to submit my invoice for the labour and within 5 minutes of this, my account was cleared and the monies refunded. Superb efficiency and excellent customer (and garage) service.
