We had an issue where our vehicle wasn’t on the system but this was promptly sorted by Jack. Although we thought that if our vehicle wasn’t on the system, and now it’s only been put on because of an issue they would avoid the claim at all costs, our experience couldn’t have been any difference. A1 approved the claim promptly, contributing a £1000 towards the total £1200 bill. The garage I used preferred me to pay and then claim back from a1. Had a standard warranty included with a purchase of an Audi A1. Unluckily had to make a claim within just 12 weeks due to a Mechanical problem that came up ESC in the dash. Emailed A1 approved immediately (as this was late Friday afternoon) and I was very impressed from the beginning, to receive an out of hours response from Bradley, acknowledging receipt of my email and confirming he’d speak to me on Monday in relation to my cars required repair. He gave me details of a garage local to me of where to take the vehicle for investigation into the problem. The standard warranty I had been given didn’t cover all the repair necessary but Bradley agreed to cover the lion share of the repair cost anyway - as a gesture of goodwill - he was AMAZING! He answered the phone every time I rang and returned a call when he said he would. Professional and efficient throughout and as a result I will definitely renew my warranty with A1 in full confidence. Highly recommend.

Excellent Warranty Company We are a motor dealer and A1 Approved Warranty is our warranty provider and we cannot be more pleased with the service that they provide to our customers. Having a great warranty company alleviates a lot of stress knowing that when the customers are passed on from ourselves to the warranty company you know they are going to be looked after in a fair and professional manner. We cannot recommend them highly enough, we have used other providers which actively go out of their way to be unhelpful to customers and this simply isn't the case with A1.

I recently bought a Suzuki Swift Sport… I recently bought a Suzuki Swift Sport which had an issue with the instrument cluster rev and speedo needles not lighting up. A1 handled the whole process so smoothly and without any fuss at all. I've only ever used one well known warranty company in the past and I have to say my A1 experience was lights years ahead of them in everyway. I would definitely use A1 again for sure

having had my vehicle since 05/11/2020, I have had an issue with the central information screen turning off and re-booting. Having been sent to a local garage by A1 this did not remove the issue and I requested that I take the vehicle to a Peugeot garage, which A1 permitted. The vehicle required a system upgrade which I requested they do, I paid for the work and A1 are placing the funds into my account today (22/2/21).
