I bought a used car from a dealer which came with a warranty from A1 approved. The engine light came on less than a week after having it and it's taken weeks and weeks to get to the bottom of it, but it's finally been sorted! They have been so helpful and patient with me even when I've been frustrated with it having to go back and forward to various garages, and organised a hire car for me (as well as extending it numerous times) which the garage were very surprised at as apparently it never happens. My local garage where it first went in were so impressed by the fast payment, and it's been the same ever since. The warranty came with a performance car I purchased. I’ve had a couple of little niggles that required sorting and the warranty company did not disappoint. A1 approved have been outstanding… A1 approved have been outstanding throughout my claim, the garage repairing my motorhome were being a bit awkward ref billing but nothing was too much trouble for A1, as long as I kept them up to date with everything that went on between me and the repairers.
