Had a standard warranty included with a purchase of an Audi A1. Unluckily had to make a claim within just 12 weeks due to a Mechanical problem that came up ESC in the dash. Emailed A1 approved immediately (as this was late Friday afternoon) and I was very impressed from the beginning, to receive an out of hours response from Bradley, acknowledging receipt of my email and confirming he’d speak to me on Monday in relation to my cars required repair. He gave me details of a garage local to me of where to take the vehicle for investigation into the problem. The standard warranty I had been given didn’t cover all the repair necessary but Bradley agreed to cover the lion share of the repair cost anyway - as a gesture of goodwill - he was AMAZING! He answered the phone every time I rang and returned a call when he said he would. Professional and efficient throughout and as a result I will definitely renew my warranty with A1 in full confidence. Highly recommend.

I recently bought a Suzuki Swift Sport… I recently bought a Suzuki Swift Sport which had an issue with the instrument cluster rev and speedo needles not lighting up. A1 handled the whole process so smoothly and without any fuss at all. I've only ever used one well known warranty company in the past and I have to say my A1 experience was lights years ahead of them in everyway. I would definitely use A1 again for sure

Spoke to a gentleman called Jack, couldn’t speak more highly with how much pride this man has for his job. I called yesterday with regards to a oil leak on my Mercedes Sl500, he requested a quote and some images and within a hour of the images being sent he emailed Emmy garage with costings for approval. What an amazing service. The process was so quick from the first email to notify of TPMS SYSTEM failure therefor wish to claim under the policy and one phone call to a very helpful lady to confirm what the process is, my car was booked in for a diagnostics on the Thursday, all work done Friday morning and picked up the car Friday afternoon. What can I say it was the smoothest service I’ve ever had. It’s the first time we’ve ever had a warranty on a car but as our son seemed to always be unlucky we got it with his next car purchase. I would highly recommend. Thank you to the 3 people I spoke with this week including Liz.

Very impressed with the prompt response and same day agreement to replace the broken coil spring on my car. I paid the garage directly and was even reimbursed the same day!
