Frankly I never have had faith in the concept of extended car warranties. A1 are the exception to the rule. They have dealt with my claim responsibly, professionally and promptly. The warranty terms are clear, unequivocal and comprehensive. A1 explained the extent of my liabilities and their responsibilities. Had a standard warranty included with a purchase of an Audi A1. Unluckily had to make a claim within just 12 weeks due to a Mechanical problem that came up ESC in the dash. Emailed A1 approved immediately (as this was late Friday afternoon) and I was very impressed from the beginning, to receive an out of hours response from Bradley, acknowledging receipt of my email and confirming he’d speak to me on Monday in relation to my cars required repair. He gave me details of a garage local to me of where to take the vehicle for investigation into the problem. The standard warranty I had been given didn’t cover all the repair necessary but Bradley agreed to cover the lion share of the repair cost anyway - as a gesture of goodwill - he was AMAZING! He answered the phone every time I rang and returned a call when he said he would. Professional and efficient throughout and as a result I will definitely renew my warranty with A1 in full confidence. Highly recommend.

Very impressed with the prompt response and same day agreement to replace the broken coil spring on my car. I paid the garage directly and was even reimbursed the same day! Very impressed with Brad and his attitude to help and must say that out of other warranty companies I've dealt with in the past, A1 are by far the best.

We bought a 2012 Mercedes in February with a 6 months A1 Warranty, in July it developed a problem with the water pump we contacted A1 via e-mail and then a brief Phone call, the customer service team are very prompt, and polite, they explained what would and what would not be paid for they settled the claim within 2 days, Excellent

First dealt with a chap call Jack as I was struggling to locate a garage in Glasgow to fix my Mercedes c220, he pointed me in the right direction.... Once the car was in at the garage the claim was dealt and paid by Bradley within a hour after the repair was completed.
