I would highly recommend Al Approved they were so helpful from the beginning of my enquiry right up to getting the work done. Everyone on the team was helpful polite and did their utmost to get me a great price on the job (replacement radiator) and see it through. My claim was dealt with professionally and Brad in claims even looked around for best prices so I wasn't left out of pocket. Audi TT fuel cap stuck Got a quote from an independent repairer, who advised that whole petrol cap needed replacement at a cost of £300+. Ended up taking to an Audi dealer who undertook repair at same cost. A1 authorised repair, although I had to pay at the time, but following day I was fully reimbused less excess fee. I'm sceptical about warranties, but service was excellent, and highly recommend, thank you!

Spoke to a gentleman called Jack, couldn’t speak more highly with how much pride this man has for his job. I called yesterday with regards to a oil leak on my Mercedes Sl500, he requested a quote and some images and within a hour of the images being sent he emailed Emmy garage with costings for approval. Five star service 👌 A car I purchased came with a 6 month warranty with A1 approved. I had to make a claim for work being completed by my local garage. I found that the transaction from getting the work completed and being refunded for the invoice was stress free and very fast. I would recommend A1 Approved to anyone thinking about obtaining a warranty.

A1 approved have been outstanding… A1 approved have been outstanding throughout my claim, the garage repairing my motorhome were being a bit awkward ref billing but nothing was too much trouble for A1, as long as I kept them up to date with everything that went on between me and the repairers. Frankly I never have had faith in the concept of extended car warranties. A1 are the exception to the rule. They have dealt with my claim responsibly, professionally and promptly. The warranty terms are clear, unequivocal and comprehensive. A1 explained the extent of my liabilities and their responsibilities. I am surprised, pleased, and impressed with the way in which A1 dealt with the claim. The staff are polite and friendly. The cost of extending the warranty is quite reasonable and very worthwhile.
