having had my vehicle since 05/11/2020, I have had an issue with the central information screen turning off and re-booting. Having been sent to a local garage by A1 this did not remove the issue and I requested that I take the vehicle to a Peugeot garage, which A1 permitted. The vehicle required a system upgrade which I requested they do, I paid for the work and A1 are placing the funds into my account today (22/2/21). Frankly I never have had faith in the concept of extended car warranties. A1 are the exception to the rule. They have dealt with my claim responsibly, professionally and promptly. The warranty terms are clear, unequivocal and comprehensive. A1 explained the extent of my liabilities and their responsibilities. I am surprised, pleased, and impressed with the way in which A1 dealt with the claim. The staff are polite and friendly. The cost of extending the warranty is quite reasonable and very worthwhile. Having never bought a car from a dealership with a warranty included before, I wasn't sure what to expect. In fairness, A1 made it simple when my car developed a problem with the wheel bearing. They called me very quickly and also reimbursed me very quickly (the next day) after I had paid the cost myself initially. Can't fault it!
