I bought a used car from a dealer which came with a warranty from A1 approved. The engine light came on less than a week after having it and it's taken weeks and weeks to get to the bottom of it, but it's finally been sorted! They have been so helpful and patient with me even when I've been frustrated with it having to go back and forward to various garages, and organised a hire car for me (as well as extending it numerous times) which the garage were very surprised at as apparently it never happens. My local garage where it first went in were so impressed by the fast payment, and it's been the same ever since. I can't rate them highly enough - Jack and Brad have been especially great and always good natured and friendly on the phone. I can't rate them highly enough. Thank you!

I recently bought a Suzuki Swift Sport… I recently bought a Suzuki Swift Sport which had an issue with the instrument cluster rev and speedo needles not lighting up. A1 handled the whole process so smoothly and without any fuss at all. I've only ever used one well known warranty company in the past and I have to say my A1 experience was lights years ahead of them in everyway. I would definitely use A1 again for sure

Audi TT fuel cap stuck Got a quote from an independent repairer, who advised that whole petrol cap needed replacement at a cost of £300+. Ended up taking to an Audi dealer who undertook repair at same cost. A1 authorised repair, although I had to pay at the time, but following day I was fully reimbused less excess fee. I'm sceptical about warranties, but service was excellent, and highly recommend, thank you!

Had a standard warranty included with a purchase of an Audi A1. Unluckily had to make a claim within just 12 weeks due to a Mechanical problem that came up ESC in the dash. Emailed A1 approved immediately (as this was late Friday afternoon) and I was very impressed from the beginning, to receive an out of hours response from Bradley, acknowledging receipt of my email and confirming he’d speak to me on Monday in relation to my cars required repair. He gave me details of a garage local to me of where to take the vehicle for investigation into the problem. The standard warranty I had been given didn’t cover all the repair necessary but Bradley agreed to cover the lion share of the repair cost anyway - as a gesture of goodwill - he was AMAZING! He answered the phone every time I rang and returned a call when he said he would. Professional and efficient throughout and as a result I will definitely renew my warranty with A1 in full confidence. Highly recommend.

Excellent Warranty Company We are a motor dealer and A1 Approved Warranty is our warranty provider and we cannot be more pleased with the service that they provide to our customers. Having a great warranty company alleviates a lot of stress knowing that when the customers are passed on from ourselves to the warranty company you know they are going to be looked after in a fair and professional manner. We cannot recommend them highly enough, we have used other providers which actively go out of their way to be unhelpful to customers and this simply isn't the case with A1.

Spoke to a gentleman called Jack, couldn’t speak more highly with how much pride this man has for his job. I called yesterday with regards to a oil leak on my Mercedes Sl500, he requested a quote and some images and within a hour of the images being sent he emailed Emmy garage with costings for approval. I would highly recommend Al Approved they were so helpful from the beginning of my enquiry right up to getting the work done. Everyone on the team was helpful polite and did their utmost to get me a great price on the job (replacement radiator) and see it through. My claim was dealt with professionally and Brad in claims even looked around for best prices so I wasn't left out of pocket. Even though it was a bank holiday weekend they processed my claim really quickly and I was reimbursed within the week. Thank you Al approved your a really lovely team ☺
