Frankly I never have had faith in the concept of extended car warranties. A1 are the exception to the rule. They have dealt with my claim responsibly, professionally and promptly. The warranty terms are clear, unequivocal and comprehensive. A1 explained the extent of my liabilities and their responsibilities. I am surprised, pleased, and impressed with the way in which A1 dealt with the claim. The staff are polite and friendly. The cost of extending the warranty is quite reasonable and very worthwhile. First dealt with a chap call Jack as I was struggling to locate a garage in Glasgow to fix my Mercedes c220, he pointed me in the right direction.... Once the car was in at the garage the claim was dealt and paid by Bradley within a hour after the repair was completed.
