From start to finish (a far speedier time scale than I expected), my dealings with A1 Approved have been minimal but so professional. My Jaguar required specialist parts and A1 had them delivered to my local garage within 24 hours. This enabled my garage to plough ahead, do the work and get my car back to me within the next 24 hrs. I only then had to submit my invoice for the labour and within 5 minutes of this, my account was cleared and the monies refunded. Superb efficiency and excellent customer (and garage) service. Can’t fault it. Thank you.

BMW Roof issue sorted with thanks to A1approved. Recently bought a 2014 BMW Series 4 Convertible and chose to purchase the A1approved years Warranty option. Within a few weeks the roof started playing up, getting stuck down (my worst nightmare scenario!). Had to get it to a roof specialist pronto!!. A frantic, panicky call from me to A1 was met with a calm and composed Bradley. He very quickly put aside my worries and dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. All was sorted by Bradley whilst my car was being repaired. Emailed over my repairs Invoice the evening after the repair was done and true to his word the monies were in my account the next day... amazing service. Really happy with the whole service. Would recommend without fail. One tip though, you must and should call A1approved before you take your car to the garage.

We had an issue where our vehicle wasn’t on the system but this was promptly sorted by Jack. Although we thought that if our vehicle wasn’t on the system, and now it’s only been put on because of an issue they would avoid the claim at all costs, our experience couldn’t have been any difference. A1 approved the claim promptly, contributing a £1000 towards the total £1200 bill. The garage I used preferred me to pay and then claim back from a1. This was a smooth process with payment being made back to me with 24hrs. A pleasant experience with a warranty company, efficient and polite service!
