I bought a used car from a dealer which came with a warranty from A1 approved. The engine light came on less than a week after having it and it's taken weeks and weeks to get to the bottom of it, but it's finally been sorted! They have been so helpful and patient with me even when I've been frustrated with it having to go back and forward to various garages, and organised a hire car for me (as well as extending it numerous times) which the garage were very surprised at as apparently it never happens. My local garage where it first went in were so impressed by the fast payment, and it's been the same ever since. I can't rate them highly enough - Jack and Brad have been especially great and always good natured and friendly on the phone. I can't rate them highly enough. Thank you!

After my car being diagnosed with a potentially very expensive problem, i got in touch with A1 to help sort it out. This was the 1st time i've had this happen and didn't know what to expect. Brad walked me through the whole process and put me at ease throughout. He was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Nothing was too much for him (despite my going into panic mode).
