I would highly recommend Al Approved they were so helpful from the beginning of my enquiry right up to getting the work done. Everyone on the team was helpful polite and did their utmost to get me a great price on the job (replacement radiator) and see it through. My claim was dealt with professionally and Brad in claims even looked around for best prices so I wasn't left out of pocket. Even though it was a bank holiday weekend they processed my claim really quickly and I was reimbursed within the week. Thank you Al approved your a really lovely team ☺

What an amazing service. The process was so quick from the first email to notify of TPMS SYSTEM failure therefor wish to claim under the policy and one phone call to a very helpful lady to confirm what the process is, my car was booked in for a diagnostics on the Thursday, all work done Friday morning and picked up the car Friday afternoon. What can I say it was the smoothest service I’ve ever had. It’s the first time we’ve ever had a warranty on a car but as our son seemed to always be unlucky we got it with his next car purchase. A1 approved have been outstanding… A1 approved have been outstanding throughout my claim, the garage repairing my motorhome were being a bit awkward ref billing but nothing was too much trouble for A1, as long as I kept them up to date with everything that went on between me and the repairers. All the staff were super friendly and helpfull and quick to redpond to any questions, absolutley recommended.
