First dealt with a chap call Jack as I was struggling to locate a garage in Glasgow to fix my Mercedes c220, he pointed me in the right direction.... Once the car was in at the garage the claim was dealt and paid by Bradley within a hour after the repair was completed. Five star service 👌 A car I purchased came with a 6 month warranty with A1 approved. I had to make a claim for work being completed by my local garage. I found that the transaction from getting the work completed and being refunded for the invoice was stress free and very fast. What an amazing service. The process was so quick from the first email to notify of TPMS SYSTEM failure therefor wish to claim under the policy and one phone call to a very helpful lady to confirm what the process is, my car was booked in for a diagnostics on the Thursday, all work done Friday morning and picked up the car Friday afternoon. What can I say it was the smoothest service I’ve ever had. It’s the first time we’ve ever had a warranty on a car but as our son seemed to always be unlucky we got it with his next car purchase. Spoke to a gentleman called Jack, couldn’t speak more highly with how much pride this man has for his job. I called yesterday with regards to a oil leak on my Mercedes Sl500, he requested a quote and some images and within a hour of the images being sent he emailed Emmy garage with costings for approval.
