What an amazing service. The process was so quick from the first email to notify of TPMS SYSTEM failure therefor wish to claim under the policy and one phone call to a very helpful lady to confirm what the process is, my car was booked in for a diagnostics on the Thursday, all work done Friday morning and picked up the car Friday afternoon. What can I say it was the smoothest service I’ve ever had. It’s the first time we’ve ever had a warranty on a car but as our son seemed to always be unlucky we got it with his next car purchase. First dealt with a chap call Jack as I was struggling to locate a garage in Glasgow to fix my Mercedes c220, he pointed me in the right direction.... Once the car was in at the garage the claim was dealt and paid by Bradley within a hour after the repair was completed. Having never bought a car from a dealership with a warranty included before, I wasn't sure what to expect. In fairness, A1 made it simple when my car developed a problem with the wheel bearing. They called me very quickly and also reimbursed me very quickly (the next day) after I had paid the cost myself initially. Can't fault it!

I bought a used car from a dealer which came with a warranty from A1 approved. The engine light came on less than a week after having it and it's taken weeks and weeks to get to the bottom of it, but it's finally been sorted! They have been so helpful and patient with me even when I've been frustrated with it having to go back and forward to various garages, and organised a hire car for me (as well as extending it numerous times) which the garage were very surprised at as apparently it never happens. My local garage where it first went in were so impressed by the fast payment, and it's been the same ever since. I can't rate them highly enough - Jack and Brad have been especially great and always good natured and friendly on the phone. I can't rate them highly enough. Thank you!
