From start to finish (a far speedier time scale than I expected), my dealings with A1 Approved have been minimal but so professional. My Jaguar required specialist parts and A1 had them delivered to my local garage within 24 hours. This enabled my garage to plough ahead, do the work and get my car back to me within the next 24 hrs. I only then had to submit my invoice for the labour and within 5 minutes of this, my account was cleared and the monies refunded. Superb efficiency and excellent customer (and garage) service. having had my vehicle since 05/11/2020, I have had an issue with the central information screen turning off and re-booting. Having been sent to a local garage by A1 this did not remove the issue and I requested that I take the vehicle to a Peugeot garage, which A1 permitted. The vehicle required a system upgrade which I requested they do, I paid for the work and A1 are placing the funds into my account today (22/2/21). I recently bought a Suzuki Swift Sport… I recently bought a Suzuki Swift Sport which had an issue with the instrument cluster rev and speedo needles not lighting up. A1 handled the whole process so smoothly and without any fuss at all. I've only ever used one well known warranty company in the past and I have to say my A1 experience was lights years ahead of them in everyway. I would definitely use A1 again for sure
