Frankly I never have had faith in the concept of extended car warranties. A1 are the exception to the rule. They have dealt with my claim responsibly, professionally and promptly. The warranty terms are clear, unequivocal and comprehensive. A1 explained the extent of my liabilities and their responsibilities. I am surprised, pleased, and impressed with the way in which A1 dealt with the claim. The staff are polite and friendly. The cost of extending the warranty is quite reasonable and very worthwhile. I bought a used car from a dealer which came with a warranty from A1 approved. The engine light came on less than a week after having it and it's taken weeks and weeks to get to the bottom of it, but it's finally been sorted! They have been so helpful and patient with me even when I've been frustrated with it having to go back and forward to various garages, and organised a hire car for me (as well as extending it numerous times) which the garage were very surprised at as apparently it never happens. My local garage where it first went in were so impressed by the fast payment, and it's been the same ever since. I can't rate them highly enough - Jack and Brad have been especially great and always good natured and friendly on the phone. I can't rate them highly enough. Thank you!
