I bought a used car from a dealer which came with a warranty from A1 approved. The engine light came on less than a week after having it and it's taken weeks and weeks to get to the bottom of it, but it's finally been sorted! We had an issue where our vehicle wasn’t on the system but this was promptly sorted by Jack. Although we thought that if our vehicle wasn’t on the system, and now it’s only been put on because of an issue they would avoid the claim at all costs, our experience couldn’t have been any difference. A1 approved the claim promptly, contributing a £1000 towards the total £1200 bill. The garage I used preferred me to pay and then claim back from a1. This was a smooth process with payment being made back to me with 24hrs. A pleasant experience with a warranty company, efficient and polite service!

We bought a 2012 Mercedes in February with a 6 months A1 Warranty, in July it developed a problem with the water pump we contacted A1 via e-mail and then a brief Phone call, the customer service team are very prompt, and polite, they explained what would and what would not be paid for they settled the claim within 2 days, Excellent
