What an amazing service. The process was so quick from the first email to notify of TPMS SYSTEM failure therefor wish to claim under the policy and one phone call to a very helpful lady to confirm what the process is, my car was booked in for a diagnostics on the Thursday, all work done Friday morning and picked up the car Friday afternoon. What can I say it was the smoothest service I’ve ever had. It’s the first time we’ve ever had a warranty on a car but as our son seemed to always be unlucky we got it with his next car purchase. BMW Roof issue sorted with thanks to A1approved. Recently bought a 2014 BMW Series 4 Convertible and chose to purchase the A1approved years Warranty option. Within a few weeks the roof started playing up, getting stuck down (my worst nightmare scenario!). Had to get it to a roof specialist pronto!!. A frantic, panicky call from me to A1 was met with a calm and composed Bradley. He very quickly put aside my worries and dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. All was sorted by Bradley whilst my car was being repaired. Emailed over my repairs Invoice the evening after the repair was done and true to his word the monies were in my account the next day... amazing service. Really happy with the whole service. Would recommend without fail. One tip though, you must and should call A1approved before you take your car to the garage.

having had my vehicle since 05/11/2020, I have had an issue with the central information screen turning off and re-booting. Having been sent to a local garage by A1 this did not remove the issue and I requested that I take the vehicle to a Peugeot garage, which A1 permitted. The vehicle required a system upgrade which I requested they do, I paid for the work and A1 are placing the funds into my account today (22/2/21).
