I would highly recommend Al Approved they were so helpful from the beginning of my enquiry right up to getting the work done. Everyone on the team was helpful polite and did their utmost to get me a great price on the job (replacement radiator) and see it through. Frankly I never have had faith in the concept of extended car warranties. A1 are the exception to the rule. They have dealt with my claim responsibly, professionally and promptly. The warranty terms are clear, unequivocal and comprehensive. A1 explained the extent of my liabilities and their responsibilities. I am surprised, pleased, and impressed with the way in which A1 dealt with the claim. The staff are polite and friendly. The cost of extending the warranty is quite reasonable and very worthwhile. Having never bought a car from a dealership with a warranty included before, I wasn't sure what to expect. In fairness, A1 made it simple when my car developed a problem with the wheel bearing. They called me very quickly and also reimbursed me very quickly (the next day) after I had paid the cost myself initially. Can't fault it!

From start to finish (a far speedier time scale than I expected), my dealings with A1 Approved have been minimal but so professional. My Jaguar required specialist parts and A1 had them delivered to my local garage within 24 hours. This enabled my garage to plough ahead, do the work and get my car back to me within the next 24 hrs. I only then had to submit my invoice for the labour and within 5 minutes of this, my account was cleared and the monies refunded. Superb efficiency and excellent customer (and garage) service. We had an issue where our vehicle wasn’t on the system but this was promptly sorted by Jack. Although we thought that if our vehicle wasn’t on the system, and now it’s only been put on because of an issue they would avoid the claim at all costs, our experience couldn’t have been any difference. A1 approved the claim promptly, contributing a £1000 towards the total £1200 bill. The garage I used preferred me to pay and then claim back from a1. This was a smooth process with payment being made back to me with 24hrs. A pleasant experience with a warranty company, efficient and polite service!
