I would highly recommend Al Approved they were so helpful from the beginning of my enquiry right up to getting the work done. having had my vehicle since 05/11/2020, I have had an issue with the central information screen turning off and re-booting. Having been sent to a local garage by A1 this did not remove the issue and I requested that I take the vehicle to a Peugeot garage, which A1 permitted. The vehicle required a system upgrade which I requested they do, I paid for the work and A1 are placing the funds into my account today (22/2/21). First dealt with a chap call Jack as I was struggling to locate a garage in Glasgow to fix my Mercedes c220, he pointed me in the right direction.... Once the car was in at the garage the claim was dealt and paid by Bradley within a hour after the repair was completed.
