having had my vehicle since 05/11/2020, I have had an issue with the central information screen turning off and re-booting. Having been sent to a local garage by A1 this did not remove the issue and I requested that I take the vehicle to a Peugeot garage, which A1 permitted. We had an issue where our vehicle wasn’t on the system but this was promptly sorted by Jack. Although we thought that if our vehicle wasn’t on the system, and now it’s only been put on because of an issue they would avoid the claim at all costs, our experience couldn’t have been any difference. A1 approved the claim promptly, contributing a £1000 towards the total £1200 bill. The garage I used preferred me to pay and then claim back from a1. This was a smooth process with payment being made back to me with 24hrs. A pleasant experience with a warranty company, efficient and polite service!

Having never bought a car from a dealership with a warranty included before, I wasn't sure what to expect. In fairness, A1 made it simple when my car developed a problem with the wheel bearing. They called me very quickly and also reimbursed me very quickly (the next day) after I had paid the cost myself initially. Can't fault it!
