A1 approved have been outstanding… A1 approved have been outstanding throughout my claim, the garage repairing my motorhome were being a bit awkward ref billing but nothing was too much trouble for A1, as long as I kept them up to date with everything that went on between me and the repairers. All the staff were super friendly and helpfull and quick to redpond to any questions, absolutley recommended.

After my car being diagnosed with a potentially very expensive problem, i got in touch with A1 to help sort it out. This was the 1st time i've had this happen and didn't know what to expect. having had my vehicle since 05/11/2020, I have had an issue with the central information screen turning off and re-booting. Having been sent to a local garage by A1 this did not remove the issue and I requested that I take the vehicle to a Peugeot garage, which A1 permitted. The vehicle required a system upgrade which I requested they do, I paid for the work and A1 are placing the funds into my account today (22/2/21). From start to finish (a far speedier time scale than I expected), my dealings with A1 Approved have been minimal but so professional. My Jaguar required specialist parts and A1 had them delivered to my local garage within 24 hours. This enabled my garage to plough ahead, do the work and get my car back to me within the next 24 hrs. I only then had to submit my invoice for the labour and within 5 minutes of this, my account was cleared and the monies refunded. Superb efficiency and excellent customer (and garage) service. Can’t fault it. Thank you.

Bought a Hybrid Mercedes car £17k and within 10 weeks the hybrid gearbox had failed. The service from A1, unlike from the dealership has been excellent with them covering their share of a £7,600 bill. Good service from Brad, who was always at hand when I called.
